Sales fell in the first half of the year compared to the same period last year worldwide by 12.8 percent to a good 19 million vehicles, said PSA on Monday in Rueil-Malmaison near Paris. While there was a small increase in Europe, overseas markets in Asia or Latin America recorded significant losses.
