Land Rover Finally Going Green

All Land Rover owners might be able to get their Favorite vehicle as a plug-in hybrid electric by as early as 2015, according to a report by Peter Richings, the Chief Engineer of Land Rover Hybrid Technology.

Land Rover said the hybrid version would be powered by a 3 liter V6 diesel peered with an electric motor for an output power of 333hp and will do 45mpg. In April, Land Rover also said that by 2014 there might be an extended range version of the Land Rover

They have some big plans to go green and we will definitely be on the look out for these two vehicles.
